Your fee is the same whether your home sells for $400,000 or $900,000, so you know your listing cost before you sign the listing agreement.

When do I pay the Kandorway fee?

There is no up-front cost and no separate transaction fee. Your package fee is settled at closing out of your sale proceeds, so nothing is due to get your home on the market.

You will see the exact figure in writing before you list, not as a percentage that moves with your sale price.

Will my home still be listed on the MLS and the major real estate websites?

Yes. Every package includes MLS listing setup and syndication across Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, IDX sites, and 100+ real estate platforms.

Buyers and buyer agents find your home exactly the way they would with any traditional listing. A lower fee does not mean lower exposure.

Do I still have to pay a buyer's agent?

Buyer-agent compensation is negotiated separately and is not part of your Kandorway package fee. Whether you offer it, and how much, is your decision.

No. Kandorway listings average 99.5% of list price, and every package includes professional marketing, offer negotiation, and transaction coordination through closing.

A percentage-based commission rewards a higher list price and a longer time on market. A fixed fee rewards selling your home efficiently, which is the outcome you wanted in the first place.

Will I have a real estate agent representing me?

Yes. You are represented by a licensed real estate professional throughout the transaction.

Kandorway's technology handles communication, scheduling, documentation, and updates, allowing your broker to spend more time on the parts of the transaction where expertise matters most.

Will I have to meet with my agent in person?

Accepted Answer

No. Kandorway is designed to be completed virtually, from listing preparation through closing. Most communication can be handled by phone, text, email, and video.
